Release notes for 1.0.4

"DropCard" -> "Send Card" display
• First name appears over Last name, better for any combination of long names.

TabBar - the "Contacts" button corrected to be singular:
• Label is now "Your Card".
• Image is now a DropCard-style card, rather than iOS 11's "two-person outline".

TabBar - the "DropCard" button is now a "call-to-action".
• Label is now "Send Card", rather than a brand reference.

Apple does not provide version history for perpetuity.

When I look at an app history, which isn't very often, I do have the expectation that the full version history would be available.

We don't know what the limit is (time, version numbers, number of entries), but we will cross-post version updates here.
