NOTE: This policy describes DropCard version 1.0.x and 2.0.x

DropCard takes the data you provide it:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company
  • Job Title
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

We do not import or access any data that is already stored on your device to create your collection of "cards". 

We do not request any access to Contacts, Photos, or other type of personal data.

NOTE: When you select a Photo, Apple provides the photo picker. The app, DropCard will only see the photo you pick.

We save the data locally, and do not upload or save your data to any other device. (If you uninstall the app, the data will be erased).

When you send a card via another app (like Messages or Mail), DropCard is giving the data to the sharing app.

DropCard does not log or save any sent cards. 

Cards sent by AirDrop are not logged by DropCard.

Cards sent by Messenger are sent as if you used the app normally. The cards appear in the Messages conversations, and they are retained however Messages is configured.

Cards sent by Mail are sent as if you sent them from mail. They normally are saved into your Sent folder, and are retained however Mail is configured.
